Processing Time: 

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order. 

While we generally get our orders out 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed, we are a small 2 woman team and sometimes it takes us a little longer to fulfill orders, especially during holidays. Please email indicocandles@gmail.com with any requests to expedite and we will do our best to accommodate. 


Estimated shipping times:

North America: 3-5 business days

We offer shipments via USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary by carrier, but most ground/first class shipments take between 3-5 business days


Lost or damaged packages:

USPS - if your package is lost or damaged, it is up to the purchaser to file a claim. This is an unfortunate policy on their part, so if you would like extra confidence in the shipping process, we recommend going with UPS. Once we send out the package, what happens is out of our control, and therefore your order is not eligible for a refund. You will get your money back directly from USPS. This rarely happens, and we apologize for any inconvenience if it happens to you. 

UPS - please email us at indicocandles@gmail.com if your UPS package is lost or damaged and we will file a claim with them and refund your order once the claim has been filed. 


Returns

If you aren’t satisfied with your candles, please reach out to us via indicocandles@gmail.com and we will either replace or refund your order. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase, and the items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of postage for return shipments.
